Due to growth, we’re currently seeking a
**Purchasing and Administration Officer** to join their team in a full-time permanent capacity.

**The job**:

- Provide administration support to the team
- Manage all purchasing requirements ensuring cost effective, quality and demand needs are met
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Manage purchase order requirements including compliance of purchase orders and suppliers
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Coordinate inventory supply in alignment with production requirements and inventory replenishment levels

**What we’re looking for?**
- Recent experience in a similar role where you have been responsible for purchasing, supplier management, forecasting and planning of inventory
- Strong oral, written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire and ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- Competency with computers and use of software such as Microsoft Suite
- Willingness to learn, absorb and adapt to requirements
- A proactive and motivated self-starter willing to work as a team and independently
- Be punctual, show initiative and practice a positive can-do attitude
- Well presented and professional
