About the Role


Liebherr-Australia currently has a position for a motivated and experienced Administrator to join the Mt Thorley Commercial Team as Commercial Administrator, reporting to the Commercial Manager.


About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or at least 3 years administrative experience
  • Exposure to Payroll/Timesheet environment
  • High attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
  • Identification and resolution of potential issues
  • Able to work cooperatively within team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll duties including reviewing and entering timesheets daily
  • Resolving general payroll queries
  • Expense Claims
  • Travel Allowance claims
  • Administrative assistance as required
