Residential services operate from Foley House in Footscray, the Open Door in North Melbourne and Flagstaff in West Melbourne.

About the role

The Homelessness Residential Services Case Management Program Manager is part of a collaborative case management team, working in partnership to provide support to individuals experiencing primary homelessness and rough sleeping across inner Melbourne.

Working in collaboration with the Residential Services Program Manager and Homelessness Community Outreach Program Manager you will establish a culture of service delivery that is Person Centred, Strengths Based and Trauma Informed.

Bringing your client focus and supervisory stills you will exercise managerial responsibility, develop strategic goals and ensure the mission and values of The Salvation Army are reflected for the following programs:

- Flagstaff Case Management Team
- The Open-Door Case Management Team
- Housing Pathways Program

This role is part of a Regional leadership team that works closely with:

- Residential Community Support Services
- Residential Community Engagement and AOD Services
- Foley House
- Community Outreach Services
- Crisis Support Services
- Business Operations

This is a permanent full time position located in located in West & North Melbourne, close to public transport and parking. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 7.

About you
- Relevant degree or above qualifications
- Strong AOD practitioner experience
- Ability to coach, supervise and manage change
- Resilience, flexibility and adaptability
- Creative outcome focused attitude
- Ability to manage crisis situations
- Has a valid and current employee Working with Children Check
- Has a current and valid VIC Drivers Licence
