Immediately available HR administrator required to join this busy HR team of professionals. With the opportunity to learn from your Sydney based team consisting of a HR advisor, HRBP and Talent professional. This is a critical role for the team as you provide the administrative support across the employee life-cycle ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities and duties of the role are:

- Manage and maintain P&C records, including employee files, records and contracts.
- Ensure employee information is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, undertake right to work checks and scheduling interviews.
- Support with learning administration, tracking and compliance.
- Complete admin tasks associated with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage employee variations including employee letters.
- Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including access to EAP.
- Manage P&C content on the WT intranet including the active directory and key policy and
- procedures.
- Provide admin support for the visa sponsorship process.
- Prepare HR-related reports and employee data.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures manuals.
- Support with HR systems and process improvements.
- Maintain P&C information on the Document Management System.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

What you need to bring to the role:

- HR Graduate or solid Team Administration experience with interest in supporting HR team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
