**The opportunity**

Our People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnering team are currently recruiting for multiple P&C Officers to join the team. These roles are temporary full-time (varying in length up to 12 months). The incumbent of the role will be required to attend the office on an ad hoc basis and across TfNSW, the P&C teams are currently working within a hybrid approach.

You will be working as part of a supportive and close-knit P&C function that contributes to each other’s growth and development. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of enterprise-wide people and culture programs, in line with established operational plans and objectives. This role is heavily focused on data, analytics, reporting and interpreting data to provide useful workforce insights. You will also be supporting the Senior P&C Business Partnering Team in triaging people requests such as general policy/procedure enquiries. You will play an instrumental part in providing support around the delivery of the People Plan and a range of other P&C activities that will support your development.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing administrative support to Senior Manager, Business Partnering as well as Senior P&C People Partners and assisting the wider team with general P&C enquiries.
- Creating monthly dashboards for reporting.
- Taking minutes and actions in Team Meetings.
- Coordinating enterprise -wide programs such as annual performance reviews, talent reviews, PMES engagement survey, people plans.
- Communicating with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding status and implementation issues.
- Responding to tier one enquiries.

**About you**

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual with a demonstrated background in business support, administration and stakeholder management preferably within a People and Culture Division. Possessing prior experience in front facing P & C support roles, you will be comfortable working on analytics, reporting and organising packs with insight. To be successful you will be a problem solver, with strong research and data analytical skills coupled with the capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/ Excel & PowerPoint) is essential.

The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 5 ($87,256 to $95,984) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
