About the role
The People & Culture (P&C) Advisor plays a key role in partnering with client groups in delivering the employee's life cycle which supports the overall P&C Strategy. This role will partner you with allocated client groups, while also supporting the Senior P&C Partner and leaders in the delivery of the People Plans This role will be based at our Macquarie Park Head Office.

Specifically you will
- Support the delivery of the GF and P&C strategy by coordinating and leading to programs such as change initiatives, capability building programs, organisational design, talent management, culture and engagement and HRIS (data integrity) initiatives.
- Collaborating with leadership teams on execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide advice and coaching on employee relations matters (including interpretation of Awards, National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation).
- Partner with hiring managers through the organisation design principles, position description development, recruitment processes, ensuring selection is aligned to business capability requirements and cultural alignment.
- Maintain people data and records for client groups to ensure integrity and people leader ownership of the data.
- Partner in the delivery of the P&C calendar for Perform & Grow, Talent, Remuneration Reviews
- Provide AU wide administration support for our key people processes - Perform, Grow and Talent.
- Advise Managers on internal queries regarding P&C policies/practices/procedures/legislation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C practises.
- Coordinate and deliver adhoc P&C tasks as required
- Work with payroll team to assist in resolving escalated payroll matters.
- Deliver relevant training and workshops
- Support utilisation of P&C Advise tools and processes.

About you
- Tertiary qualifications in People & Culture, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years at P&C administrator, Coordinator or Advisor level (or similar)
- Track record in building effective relationships and influencing
- Understanding of legislation / regulations
- Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
- Strong attention to detail, time management and coordination skills
