We are looking for a Part time and a Full-time Invoice Officer to join the Operations Support team where you will be responsible for supporting the invoice function of our drilling and earthworks contractors.


What the role entails:


Reporting to the Superintendent Operations Support you will be an integral part of the team reconciling invoices for our third-party contractors.

Duties will include;

  • Processing and management of invoices, including verification and reconciliations
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies related to invoices and billable services
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with contractors, including prompt resolution of contractor queries
  • Prioritise invoice approvals in accordance with contract terms
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and controls at all times
  • A commitment to continuous improvement including documenting and revising processes and controls to improve efficiencies;

What you'll bring:

You are experienced in customer service with an understanding of financial governance processes, engaging with third party stakeholders;

Specifically, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant work experience (34yrs) in a similar role;
  • Strong problemsolving ability with a proven capacity to investigate and analyse to find solutions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the expertise to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong work ethic and sense of accountability, including working well under pressure, and the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exposure to an ERP for invoice processing (previous use of ProTrac will be highly regarded);
  • Ability to work in a highpace role, managing deliverables and stakeholders whilst maintaining autonomy and selfmotivation;
  • Qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Businessrelated discipline would be highly regarded;
