Capability Specialist
- Capability Specialist_

Join our team as a Capability Specialist in Sedgwick’s Learning and Development team. Your role is pivotal in providing essential Learning outcomes in our newly launched technical training (“Art & Science of Loss Adjusting”) and career framework program. A significant part of the role designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions through a range of mediums, with a focus on facilitating technical training.
- What are my accountabilities?_- Consult with SMEs to determine learning needs- Collaborate with SME’s to design engaging learning solutions that adhere to adult learning principals- Develop learning solutions and respective collateral through a range of different mediums (this can include facilitation guides, job aids, job embedment activities, PowerPoint decks)- Deploy learning solutions, which can include facilitation (both face to face and virtually)- Assess effectiveness of training through agreed measurement and evaluation tools- Maintain accuracy of all learning materials
- About you_:
- Previous exposure to insurance in general insurance claims.- Experience in learning and development role with high levels of design and delivery- Well versed in conducting LNA’s-
- Sound ability in Articulate (particularly Storyline)- Diploma in Loss Adjusting is desirable (not essential) or willing to obtain.
