**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wholesale and Accounts Manager to join our team in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale accounts, enhancing the strength of our brand in the region, and developing effective sales strategies. Whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time position, we are flexible and eager to find the right fit for our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area.
- Show initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients and seek out new opportunities for growth.
- Manage client accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
- Coordinate with the roasting and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Represent Reuben Hills at industry events to promote our brand and products.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance on industry-leading coffee equipment to clients.
- Enhance the strength of our brand in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area through creative and effective marketing and outreach efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wholesale account management, preferably in the food and beverage or specialty coffee industry.
- Strong understanding of the coffee industry and a passion for high-quality coffee.
- Understanding of industry-leading coffee equipment and the ability to provide basic technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
