**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Responsible for working with SRG Divisions to understand promotional and season events to enable this to flow to appropriate scheduling
- Responsible for supporting the Workforce Planning Manager to schedule team members in an efficient and compliant manner
- Manage real time queue performance.
- Complete analysis on reporting and data to identify trends and to enable Contact Centre Management decision making

**To deliver successful outcomes in this role you will require**:

- Experience working as a leader in Contact Centre operations or as part of a workforce planning team
- Real time queue management, preferably in multi-channel centre
- Experience working with data and building insights or reporting, including financial and operational performance
- Experience in analytical techniques to forecast and manage resource plans for large workforce groups.
- Experience working with time and attendance systems and roster build
- Desired/Essential Certification, or extensive experience working with MS Excel, including ability to manage Pivot Tables and complete data arrays Cert (or extensive Rewards and Benefits
