**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Company Secretary with 7-8+ years of experience to fulfil a hybrid 4-6-month contract within a well-established team at a global financial institution based in Sydney.

Working as a Company Secretary means you will be working in a highly dynamic international, changeable, and challenging environment where you will engage with a wide variety of departments, at different levels with professional and driven colleagues in a friendly atmosphere.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient corporate administration of their Australian entities. In addition, you will be a crucial liaison with executives, senior management, and internal departments in relation to related corporate governance activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring their entities comply with statutory and regulatory governance related requirements in an increasingly challenging environment.
