**ARTS FUNDING & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT OFFICER - CREATE NSW**

Part of the Department of Enterprise, Industry and Trade cluster, Create NSW focuses specifically on achieving the NSW Government’s priority of fostering excellence in arts, music, screen, and culture in NSW. We work collaboratively with artists and arts workers, the arts and cultural sector and our partners within government to provide a range of support services including management of grants of varying scales to recipient individuals and government and non-government organisations; overseeing more than $2.5b in cultural infrastructure projects to create the spaces where arts can flourish; and managing a portfolio of arts and heritage properties predominantly leased to cultural organisations.

**About the Role**
- Provide administrative and other support for broader project/program development, assessments, consultations and project/program implementations ie: supporting career pathways programs and targeted sector development programs.
- Enable optimal day-to-day functioning of the Arts Funding and Development team via a variety of tasks such as organising and supporting meetings, making travel arrangements, maintaining databases and records and preparing documentation.

- Have demonstrated experience providing administrative and other support to a busy team.
- Can deliver on multiple tasks concurrently and accurately with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to establish and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
