We are seeking a passionate National Administration Assistant to join our vibrant team and assist our clinicians to make a difference in the lives of others.

**About your new Role**:

- Answer incoming calls to the Better Rehab National and State Based phones lines. Providing accurate Capacity information, customer care and experience.
- Ensure calls are answered with a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Ensure Enquiries from Phone calls are entered, notes added, closed or assigned to the relevant Office Manager.
- Organise & update client files
- Assist Office Managers and National Administration Manager with arrangements for events
- Organise stationery and office items for offices within designated territory, keeping the office clean, tidy and organized.
- Maintain databases under direction of the Office Manager
- Assist with coordinating marketing materials as required for expositions, trade shows and conferences
- Participate in and contribute to fortnightly review meetings, administration meetings and other ad hoc meetings

**About You**:

- You possess a high level of customer service
- You are able to work both autonomously and as a part of the wider team
- You have the ability to prioritise incoming work
- You have previous experience in a reception-based or administration role
- Previous healthcare / NDIS experience desired but not required
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
- You can provide evidence of: Police Check and Working with Children Check
