Our client is at the forefront of leading worldwide logistics sector. They globally provide in total logistics services to customers in such diverse industries as electronics, machinery, chemicals, oil refining and construction.
**Role outline**
Due to growth across the business and their expanding Administration Team, they have an additional full-time position available for someone looking for their first administration office-based role.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door and to join a professional, supportive and growing admin team based on Bankstown NSW - this role is an office-based role and does require you to be in the office Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaise directly on a regular basis with the team for administration and support tasks
- Assist with team administration;
- Maintaining filing systems;
- Running errands
- Scanning, filing, photocopying, etc
- Other general office duties, as required
**About You**
- Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
- True desire to build a career within a busy office
- Happy to present in a professional manner (Corporate office)
Recent graduates are welcome - No experience is required. Full training will be provided.
