**The Role**

The Principal Solution Delivery Manager leads and manages the planning and delivery of critical and often complex ICT work packages and releases. You will coordinate between external vendors, department customers, and internal teams on a range of projects from small to complex. This role involves organizing initial kick-off meetings, writing proposals, integrating systems, and overseeing project execution. You will establish and maintain relationships to ensure project deliverables are met and provide advice and guidance on collaborating with different areas.

**What you will bring to the role**
- **Knowledge and Experience**: Managing major ICT work programs and projects in a large and complex organization. Experienced user of MS Project or similar software. Prince training preferred.
- **Project Coordination**: Ability to lead and manage ICT work packages, coordinate between external vendors and department customers, organize kick-off meetings, write proposals, and oversee project execution.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Providing high-quality advice and guidance to collaborate with different areas.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**:Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, balancing competing demands, managing interdependencies to achieve project objectives, and adapting to evolving situations.
- **Autonomy**: Proficiency in working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions. Handling ad hoc resource management and project teams.
