**About the role **- **Permanent **Fulltime**
The Manager, Organisational Development, will lead and deliver a range of learning and organisational development strategies, initiatives, policy and practice, to develop workforce capability in alignment with Baptist Care SA’s strategic ambition and culture.
With exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, you will manage the Learning and Development team, and work across the business, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to develop capability and provide advice and support to drive organisational performance.
- Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:_
- Provide leadership and deliver solutions across a range of organisational development disciplines including workforce, leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, and CALD.
- Contribute to the development of the workforce strategy and partner with leaders across the organisation to build workforce capability and implement workforce plans.
- Develop and embed an internal Learning Strategy and Roadmap that satisfies technical, professional, and corporate learning and development needs.
- Oversee the LMS, learning coordination, compliance, design and delivery, ensuring high quality service and outcomes.
- Provide coaching to staff as required, particularly leaders to support high performance.

You are a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of organisational dynamics and a passion for driving positive change. You should be a natural communicator, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Your ability to inspire and motivate others will be essential as you lead initiatives to enhance our organisational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- You will also have the following skills and experience:_
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Significant experience in learning and developing workforce capability.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in learning and organisational development.

- A valid full South Australian drivers’ license (C Class)
- A current and valid DHS: Child-Related Employment Screening/WWCC

- Ability and willingness to travel within South Australia as required
