About the role

Reporting to the Senior Organisational Development Specialist and working collaboratively with the broader People and Culture Team this role will support the development and implementation of key initiatives that build capability for Elders employees, teams and the wider Elders business.

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real impact on Elders capability offering, shaping the way Elders hires, trains and develops their valued workforce across Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of a range of organisational development initiatives including talent and succession, leadership development, DE&I and performance.
- Support the delivery of annual staff engagement surveys including data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Support the roll out of a new Talent and Succession Strategy
- Undertake Hogan personality assessments, provide feedback and facilitate team development sessions as required
- Upskill and mentor team members on organisational development best practice e.g., recruitment, diversity and inclusion, talent management, assessment use.

About you
- Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology (desirable) or degree qualifications in a related field (e.g., Human Resources) degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-3 years experience in a similar or related role
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching, advocacy and influencing skills, presentation and report-writing skills
- Previous experience developing and implementing Organisational Development initiatives in areas such as talent and succession, staff engagement surveys, DE&I initiatives, mentoring, coaching and performance
- Experience in administering and interpreting personality and cognitive assessments (Hogan Personality Assessment accreditation desirable)
