We are currently hiring multiple **Process Managers** working in association with our new Federal Government customer in Permanent Full-time roles, as we lead their enterprise Service Integration & Management (SIAM) framework harmonising the customer’s multi-vendor IT environment to achieve the right business outcomes.

These positions are as a result of growth as we continue to expand throughout Australia - We are happy to provide flexibility options split between in office & from home, with opportunities available Nationally across Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth metropolitan areas

**THE ROLE**

In conjunction with the key Federal customer & Other Service Provider stakeholders, a **Process Manager **guides the day-to-day execution of the design and integration of activities, defining timelines and ensuring alignment with other processes in an integrated value chain.

The **Process Manager** promotes a culture of service excellence within the team and fosters stakeholder engagement. You will be collaborating and overseeing resource allocation, to drive the key improvement activities, monitoring & reporting for process performance and overall view for change & risk associated with process execution.

Bringing your demonstrated ability to think across the end-to-end business value of process activities, you can provide oversight & alignment internally within the cohesive team. For further consideration we would look for you to;
- **Hold ACTIVE status & maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance**:

- Availability for on call at times as needed for process release & deployment support
- Demonstrated knowledge of Change, Problem & Incident practises
- Experience of overseeing & managing process execution in an ITIL-aligned, IT Service Management environment
- High level interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong documentation and clear writing skills for processes and work instructions
- _Hold certification in ITIL4 or V3 certification Underpinned by your experience within ITIL best practice to _
- _Hold current, or willingness to attain, SIAM Foundation certification_
