An exciting opportunity for an experienced **Process Specialist** to join a fun, collaborative, and hardworking team supporting a diverse organisation. This is a hybrid role within the Group Supply Chain Team with the flexibility of working from home and from the Ventia North Sydney head office.
**About the Role**
The** Process Specialist** is responsible for process support of policies and standards for in-house programs and projects, cross-functional project management support and coordination, and business process support functions.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices
- Simulate and tests process improvements
- Communicate changes and provide training to impacted end users
- Coordinate with internal management and provide consultation to all process services
- Coordinate with various process members and evaluate all processes for design
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
- Organize all work and ensure compliance to all safety regulations
**Key Experiences & Skills**
- 3-5 Years’ relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field
- Passionate about customer service, operational efficiency, working with metrics, analysing data and presenting information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Word, including Excel and Access)
- Prior training and experience in ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) or other systematic approaches for productivity or quality improvement
