**About the Role**

The Solutions Coordinator, Cultural Equity & Inclusion role is for a creative thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo. The position sits within the Cultural Equity & Inclusion Team which is focused on racial and cultural equity, therefore lived experience and knowledge of racial equity principles will be highly regarded. The role will work cross-functionally to support the integration of racial and cultural equity and inclusion priorities and initiatives across various strategic projects.

The role will research, review and assess aspects of our organisation based on insights and recommendations from evaluations and/or retrospectives and work towards systemic change that supports inclusive practices.

The role will also provide support to the Partner, Cultural Equity & Inclusion, and the Director, Cultural Equity & Inclusion as required, to support the planning and coordination of the Cultural Equity & Inclusion business unit.

This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide administrative, planning and research support on a range of implementation plans for cultural equity and inclusion initiatives, as well as stakeholder engagement and communications.

**Full-Time ongoing position. Band 3.1 $77,340.64 plus superannuation.**

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in administrative duties, project and stakeholder management
- Lived experience and knowledge of racial equity principles and values in the workplace would be well-regarded
- High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships including persuasive abilities, influence at a senior level and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Solutions focused, confident and proven experience with working cross-functionally across a broad internal stakeholder base
- Ability to conduct internal and external research including drawing insight from data and research to identify effective solutions

The Cultural Equity & Inclusion Team sits within the First Nations and Equity & Inclusion business unit and is responsible for determining and delivering on Arts Centre Melbourne’s equity and inclusion initiatives. This team is focused on defining the future approach and organisational strategies that positively transform and enrich organisation culture and performance in the domains of equity and inclusion.
