**About the Company**
An excellent opportunity for an experienced equities analyst at a leading ethical and reputable funds management business, with a strong focus on diversity, inclusion and sustainability.

**About the Opportunity**
In this role, you will assist the portfolio manager in the maintenance and analysis of the firm's equity portfolios. Your responsibilities will include providing support for investment analysis, compliance, trade operations, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research and analysis on domestic and international equities across sectors;
- Support in the analysis and compliance monitoring across equity portfolios;
- Manage model portfolios and improve investment processes through the incorporation of quantitative solutions & ethical/ESG factors;
- Participate in the internal reporting and strategic discussions in meetings with the Investment Committee and Portfolio Managers;
- Support the marketing and distribution team in creating external materials such as presentations, newsletters, webinars, and RFPs.
- Build relationships with analysts, company management, and industry peers; and
- Support the broader investment teams with deals, settlements, corporate actions, and ad hoc projects.

**Technical Skills & Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines. Post-graduate degree or CFA certifications are highly favoured;
- 5 years’ experience working in funds management or sell-side research;
- Sound knowledge of investment and industry markets from a macroeconomic standpoint;
- Proven capability in investment analysis across sectors, including responsible investing and ESG analysis;
- Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and company valuations;
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, MSCI ESG Manager, and ISS preferred;
- Exceptional time management and impeccable attention to detail;
- Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and professional; and
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
