**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and own long term visualization road map and strategy.
- Develop and deliver program for self-serve visualization.
- Deliver high value Digital products in support of IG Strategy. Works in the Digital squad to ensure user focus and maintain the user as central to product development to create value for IG.
- Visualizing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions (Dashboards, Scorecards, Analytic reports) that drive commercial value and real actionable insights.
- Designing and delivering end-user training and training materials for and providing technical support as necessary.
- Improve the performance and automation of our products.
- Deliver new innovations and functionality to our data visualization.
- Support ad hoc insights generation and advanced analytics, among other things.
- Continue developing your skills to increasingly contribute to product development.

**What will make you successful in this role?**

**Essential**
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience Designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau
- Collaborating with business analysts, data scientists, and IT to understand the organization's data and reporting needs
- Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security of the visualizations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with dashboards and reports
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture.’
- Comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and number crunching
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
- Attention to detail.

**Desirable**
- Demonstrated oil and gas or manufacturing, chemical industry experience.
- Three years of experience in data visualization.
- Stakeholder management, communications, or change management.
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile work environment.
- Technical Expertise in Tableau server administration, security, and automation of data sources
