**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to deliver on HCNA’s point of difference, delivering high-quality staff quickly and efficiently. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment requiring rapid response rates. A dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing top-tier talent both locally in Australia and offshore.
**The position is 100% remote.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- High Velocity Recruitment: Implement fast and efficient recruitment processes to meet the immediate and ongoing staffing demands of our clients.
- Offshore Team Management: Oversee and lead the offshore team of recruiters, ensuring their efficiency, productivity, and adherence to HCNA's recruitment standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to understand the specific needs of clients and align the recruitment strategy accordingly.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Offshore Team Performance: Ensure the offshore recruitment team meets their recruitment goals and maintains a high standard of talent sourcing.
- Dashboard Reporting: Provide accurate and timely recruitment data and insights through regular dashboard reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the healthcare industry or high-volume recruitment setting.
- Experience managing offshore recruitment teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage digital platforms and social media for recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
