The purpose of Customer Insights and Reporting team is to support the entire OnePass business by enabling more sophisticated uses of data across OnePass and our partnering Divisions. This team is responsible for establishing a self-service reporting capability within the business, for designing, building and maintaining reports to support management and operational decision making, and for responding to ad-hoc analysis needs. This team is also responsible for designing advanced analytical solutions to business or customer problems and working with domain teams to deploy these solutions.

**What you’ll be doing**

**Key duties and deliverables**:

- Gather data from multiple sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Clean, validate, and analyse the data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Utilise analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Develop and design reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to present key findings and performance metrics. Ensure reports are clear, concise, and visually appealing. Automate report generation processes where possible to increase efficiency and timeliness.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance. Identify areas of improvement or concern and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Create ad-hoc reports as needed to address specific business questions or requirements.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including managers, department heads, and executives, to understand their reporting needs and requirements. Collaborate to develop customised reports and analysis to support their decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting process. Develop and implement data quality checks and controls to maintain data integrity. Adhere to data governance policies and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline data collection and reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems. Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to reporting processes.

**What you will need**
- A bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting (3+ years).
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data modelling, and formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and familiarity with statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets and database management systems (e.g.,, SQL Server) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
