Beach Wagner is a Brisbane based engineering consultancy and we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.

The job responsibilities include:

- Employee records and payroll
- Accounts Receivable and payable
- Data Entry and Word Processing
- Answering calls and greeting visitors to the office
- Keep office and kitchen clean

To be considered for this job, applicants must have the following attributes.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- MYOB experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Currently located in Brisbane with full working rights for Australia

This is a permanent, long term job which will suit a retired or semi-retired person looking for an opportunity to supplement their existing income. The job is part time with up to 15 hours in the office per week.

Pay: $27.10 - $36.69 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Christmas bonus

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
