Front Office - Receptionist
To be considered for this role you should fulfil the following criteria:
- Previous reception/administration experience, preferably in a hotel or customer service-based role
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Experience using hotel reservation software (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
- Eftpos and cash handling experience
- Must show attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised, solve problems and handle pressured situations
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts
