The role

The responsibility allowance for this position is 14 periods per cycle and $6,000.

The Head of Student Performance is responsible for driving academic excellence and enhancing student learning through their expertise in assessment, reporting, and data analysis. This position involves overseeing standardised testing coordination, interpreting academic data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve student outcomes.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Developing and implementing a plan for the systematic collection and analysis of a range of data, including feedback from students and families, and student outcome data from quality standardised and classroom assessments
- Promoting the school-wide use of data to inform decisions, interventions, and initiatives, and its use for ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and improvement
- Contributing to strategic discussions around the College’s teaching and learning priorities as a member of the Learning and Curriculum Group
