**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious and passionate Fundraising Campaigns Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Campaigns & Events you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising our fundraising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth for campaigns including and not limited too, Ride for Wishes, World Wish Day, Team Wish and any future Make-A-Wish campaigns.

You will have exceptional project management skills and communication skills, a deep understanding of Make-A-Wish’s mission and the ability to work with external and internal stakeholders such as the Marketing & Communications team to implement project plans to deliver successful campaigns.
- Developing and executing Make-A-Wish national fundraising campaigns to deliver on Make-A-Wish’s ambitious growth targets and improve profitability
- Owning end to end campaign management from initial ideation with the senior team, operational planning, executing and delivery
- Effectively brief and support internal and external stakeholders (design, creative, marketing, promotion and fundraising tactics) to deliver campaign objectives with the best ROI
- Manage campaign budgets ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices in campaign management and delivery

You will bring a range of skills and qualities to the role, including a passion for authentic relationships that can engage and inspire various stakeholders at all levels. You will enjoy problem-solving and can think creatively to find innovative solutions. You will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and thrive on bringing people together. The position is for someone with strong experience in fundraising or major event management.

**About You**:

- Track record in fundraising with experience in planning and executing integrated fundraising campaigns across multiple channels
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholder, both internally and externally
- Pipeline and budget management experience with proven results in meeting or exceeding targets
- A background in major event/campaign management and relationship account management from within the not-for-profit space or a commercial setting is desirable
- Strong commercial acumen
