We have an exciting opportunity to join this highly successful Accountancy firm in a varied administration role where you will work closely with the Personal Assistant to the Partner and an awesome team. This role is suited to an administrator who loves everything there is about administration and would love to work within an Accounting firm. You will gain exposure to various teams within the business so it's a fantastic learning opportunity

As they say, variety is the spice of life and this role will offer you plenty of variety You will join a friendly and down to earth team and an organisation who work really well together.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Work closely with a busy PA whilst supporting a Partner and team
- Preparation of documents and letters
- Set up new clients and update client information in MYOB AE
- Liaise with clients and third parties to obtain information in relation to tax, financial and activity statements, trust deeds, etc
- Database management
- Review of incoming mail for distribution and / or action
- Attending to ATO and ASIC electronic lodgements and myGOV
- Assist with invoicing and debt collection
- Scanning, filing and photocopying
- Backup to Reception as required
- Ad hoc duties/general support to Admin Team as required

- Experience in an Accounting firm with an understanding of accounting procedures and terminology is ideal but not essential
- If you have not worked in an Accountancy firm, ideally you will have experience in other professional services type firms such as legal, engineering or a business where you have supported a large team
- Experience with MYOB AE and MYOB Corporate Compliance system advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- The ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities
- The ability to work autonomously but also as part of the team
- A good sense of humour and ‘can do’ attitude
- Accurate typing and Intermediate to Advanced skills in MSOffice
