Training Alliance is the training division of Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) and develops and delivers eLearning, specialist short courses and nationally recognised qualifications to employees at CPA and other organisations.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Facilitator to run the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and our internal suite of leadership short courses. This position is permanent three days per week.

The role is based on the Northern Beaches with flexible WFH opportunities and travel to other CPA sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering comprehensive and high quality training and development programs to employees of CPA
- Delivering training using your extensive knowledge, work experience, and providing examples guided by comprehensive learning materials
- Supporting participants in their NRT qualification or short course, which may include workplace traineeships
- Observing and documenting practical skills demonstrated by participants
- Developing training resources and programs in a range of formats including face to face and virtual, ensuring an engaging experience for participants
- Assisting with the validation, mapping, review and development of training materials

About you
- Minimum 2 year’s experience developing, delivering and assessing nationally recognised qualifications, in particular Certificate IV Leadership & Management
- Previous experience in leading and managing employees
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or diploma
- Preferred vocational or tertiary qualification in leadership and management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Previous experience with virtual platforms and MS Office intermediate skills
