**Opportunity to develop your Transaction Management career**

**Here’s what you’ll focus on**:

- Provide strategic management oversight for insourcing and outsourcing services.
- Partner with business leaders to drive results which support business objectives, process simplification, cost efficiencies and consistent service delivery.
- Manage relationships with business partners and suppliers.
- Establish performance objectives for outsourced staff and develop competitive performance benchmarks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Maintain and manage risk mitigation plans including Disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage program governance for outsourced activities, including RFP processes, supplier qualification, contract negotiation and execution.

**Your background**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a Property related field advantageous.
- Experience in Transaction Management and developing outsourcing strategies for clients.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
- Qualifications and or experience in Program or Project Management with Property/Real estate experience preferred.
