- **Part-Time Travel Coordinator** to assist their Aviation & Travel team.**Job Title**: Travel Coordinator
- **Location**: Perth CBD
- **Hours**: Part-time 3 full days per week or 4 hours each day, 5 days per week
- **Length of Contract**: 12 months
- **Flexibility**: WFH flexibility when required
- **Start date**: ASAP
- **Pay Rate**: Negotiable**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Aviation Delivery Manager the Travel Coordinator is responsible for implementing and advising the business on Travel operations Guidelines, Practices, and Policies & Procedures in accordance with Woodside’s Aviation & Travel Standard and best industry practices.
- The successful applicant will also be responsible for the coordinating and transacting D&C, Subsea & Seismic travel where Woodside is accountable.**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide Qualified Travel advice for the transportation of personnel for the Company
Monitor contractor performance, promote safe and compliant operations and report non-compliances
- Coordinate end to end aviation and travel services for Woodside GWS portfolio.
Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support and manage their offshore travel requirements.
- Report on travelers compliance to the Aviation & Travel Standards and Guidelines
Support the development of Aviation & Travel Procedures and Guidelines
Provide Training to stakeholders in the use of Woodside Aviation Systems
- Complete any standard reporting requirements as required by business activity.
- Assist in ensuring traveler compliance with the Aviation & Travel Standards and Guidelines
- Accurate cost allocation and contract payment data.
- Assist with Vessel and Rig Start Ups
- Arrange Meetings for Aviation Internal and External stakeholders. Prepare Agendas and write and distribute Meeting Minutes
- Manage Drilling and Subsea Travel Inboxes ensuring timely response back to business.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**:

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoice processes.
- Understanding of relevant Travel systems

**Software Experience Required**:

- Microsoft Suite - intermediate to advanced
- Woodside Travel Booking systems - advantageous
- Proficient in Vantage POB
- Woodchip (integrated Helicopter and fixed wing booking system)
- JIRA
- Kabal
