**Who are we looking for?**:
**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Manage HR documentation (e.g., letters, contracts, position descriptions).
- Support internal and external meetings by preparing and distributing notifications, agendas, and minutes.
- Handle inquiries and triage for People & Culture systems.
- Help improve HR systems and processes through continuous development.
- Assist the People Partnering team with administrative tasks like document scanning and filing.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing systems and processes.
- Respond to basic employee information requests.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Proven experience in providing confidential and high-level administrative support.
- Strong track record in developing and maintaining effective administrative systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in prioritising tasks, managing workload, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in assisting with process improvement projects and meeting administration.
