**The opportunity**:
Join our dedicated Marketing team at Hostplus and take on the exciting challenge of supporting strategic marketing efforts for key projects and business unit initiatives. Working closely with the Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to product launches, financial education programs, and legislative updates that directly impact our members. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you will ensure that planned initiatives are implemented efficiently within budget constraints and aligned with our overarching objectives.

**About you**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in campaign management across various marketing channels. Your ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, coupled with your strategic mindset, will be instrumental in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. You excel in crafting compelling marketing briefs and project plans that enhance awareness, retention, and advocacy across diverse mediums.

Your expertise in the superannuation sector, combined with hands-on experience in the financial services industry, will provide valuable insights that inform our marketing strategies. With excellent writing and communication skills, you can convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring our messages resonate with our target audience.
