**12 month contract opportunity**
Due to parental leave, an opportunity has arisen for a 12 month contract within our Transport Business Partner team. As a Transport Business Partner at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure operations run smoothly. Your focus will be developing innovative approaches to drive strategic account growth and customer satisfaction across your portfolio.

You will effectively develop and manage successful relationships with clients whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Partner with the customer to develop and grow their business
- Initiating Continuous Improvements for the customer to achieve that competitive edge
- Understanding what our customer needs and expects from us and working with them for their success
- Ensure profitable growth
- Support all key account functions; complaint, claim handling, problem solving & other contractually agreed services
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through your ability to lead.
- Drive innovative customer centric solutions
- Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the customer and drive continuous improvement
- Manage Key Transport Accounts

**Experience and qualifications required**
To ensure your success as a Transport Business partner with DHL Supply Chain, you will have the following experience
- Proven Account Management skills
- Strong experience in 3PL Transport solutions or from a vendor management perspective
- Superior negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute
- Outstanding leadership qualities
- Degree qualification in business/ logistics or equivalent (desirable)
