**The Opportunity**
Work with an exciting and top-tier property group on a shopping centre asset based in the South East. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Shopping Centre Marketing Executive or Manager to step into a leadership position and work with a fantastic team at an exciting shopping centre.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement marketing strategy
- Campaign Strategy & Execution - Develop and lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations
- Relationship Management - Nurture and grow retailer relations
- Marketing Budget - Manage the centre marketing budget
- Team Leadership & Mentoring - Manage and mentor junior staff where applicable
- Compliance to Standards
- Customer Service
- Shopping Centre Marketing experience essential
- Experience across shopping centre marketing strategy and execution
- Experience in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding and experience in digital marketing platforms including CMS and CRM platforms
