**Concierge Services**
- Coordinate Concierge services to ensure all tasks & requests are completed in a timely and highly efficient and effective manner and foster the teamwork culture.
- Coordination of daily reservations and room allocations.
- Meet & greet all clients attending all events daily.
- Monitor outlook bookings and team coverage of core operating hours
- Ensure meeting rooms are set per standards.
- Client Recognition program.
- To assist in the development and delivery of national service improvement projects as required.
- Maintaining Concierge procedures and first point of contact National directory.
- Update Partner recognition, show me you know me for VIP clients.
- Change room status, monitor Client and Connect space, and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain client relationships by providing information about processes, responding to problems and seeking feedback on services.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of client business requirements. Recommend improvements as required.
- Contribute to streamlining services and their delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies for improved service delivery.
- Support and encourage strong teamwork environment.
- Maintain exceptional grooming standards

**Financial Management**
- Check deliveries and follow up discrepancies.
- Agency roster requirements reflect business demand and service needs booked.
- Report and follow up with maintenance issues.
- Strong understanding and management of outlook
- Daily/weekly outlook booking management

**People and Development**
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing information about processes respond to problems promptly and seek feedback about services.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirements.
- Promote client and partnership program.
- Training and induction of new staff members and providing feedback about their progress

**Other**
- Assist in the provision of Voice and video requirements
- Contribute and support introduction of new service initiatives introduced by management, e.g. changes to sequence of service.
- Provide feedback to the F&B Coordinator/Supervisor, around existing processes and voice alternate suggestions where appropriate.
- Liaise with the F&B Coordinator/Supervisor, when required to support resource gaps which arise across the Hospitality Services team.
- Order supplies eg stationary; consult other hospitality service areas as required.
- Contribute and support introduction of new national initiatives in conjunction with the Manager eg booking system, by sharing knowledge and explaining new processes, provide information to the Manager around existing processes when reviewing the introduction of new national initiatives.
- Liaise with the Manager and Coordinators when required to support resource gaps which arise across the Hospitality Services team.
- Complete mandatory trainings

Primary location Sydney CBD office, (Ability to work from our Parramatta office when required).

This role is to start on the 08/10/2024.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
