Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar is looking for an enthusiastic superstar to join our team as Bar Supervisor

We are looking for someone who will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. A proactive attitude that translates to a high performance mindset and outstanding attention to detail will also be brought by the successful applicant. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and talented and fun team.

**Job Description**:
Your main focus will be managing the day to day operations in our Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all visitors.
- Liaise with food & beverage teams to ensure venue standards are upheld.
- Set up procedures to protect and maintain restaurant service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry out regular stocktaking.
- Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to visitor’s arrival.
- Staff skill testing, training and development to maintain a constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
- Supporting, managing and motivating our operations team to always perform beyond client expectations.
- Set up, pack down and coordination of events on the day when required
- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, and utensils and other materials and equipment
- Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
- Handle any escalated visitor complaints to a positive outcome.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

**Qualifications**:
Specific Requirements:

- Previous experience in a high volume venue
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
