More about the role….

• Plan and coordinate all assigned events ensuring good use of services and space

• Responsible for identifying all event needs for the client and communicating these to operational teams

• Manage and maintain repeat business

• Ensure timely and accurate communication to a wide audience externally and internally

• Maintain precise and up to date event files  

• Represent the Centre and host at events 

• Attend and chair relevant meetings in regard to assigned events. 

 Please note that this is a contract position for a  period of up to 12 months but with a possibility to extend further.

• Knowledgeable in food and beverage operations and terminology, social customs and trends and a sound understanding of audio-visual terminology
