**Responsibilities**
- Working with the Consumer Transformation Office, TPG partners and vendors, manage the deliverable, risks/issues, dependencies, governance, CR’s and respective schedules for the assigned programs/workstreams.
- Support Program Director to run transformation office across workstreams and other activities and engage with enabling functions.
- Plan and execute end-to-end program delivery within agreed timeframe, quality and budget.
- Proactively identify and manage emerging program-level risks and issues and identify effective mitigations.
- Work closely with transformation leadership and key stakeholders in the business to enable cross-functional collaboration and decision making throughout the program.
- Ensure the delivery of products, digital, service, change management, CX and processes within the transformation program of work.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects, workstreams and other initiatives.
- Communicate and manage relevant stakeholders.
- Build and manage relationships with Customer Operations, IT, Transformation Office and TPG partners and vendors.
- Establish and maintain a successful delivery culture within the program and coach and mentor program resources to adhere to transformation objectives and principles.
- Ability to manage project managers to deliver one or many projects within the program.
- Coaching and mentoring of project team members and ensuring they are on the right path in terms of process and methodologies.
- Adhere to TPG policies and procedures as introduced and varied from time to time.

**Knowledge and experience**
- High level of influence and control required.
- Substantial experience in program/change management with expertise in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery in transformation environment.
- Combined business and technology experience is required.
- Strong leadership and communication ability with a demonstrated ability to be pragmatic.
- Demonstrate strong vendor management capabilities and ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to work across various levels of technical and leadership teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, innovative and team focused.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
