**What this job involves**:
The purpose of this position is to provide program management & coordination for the regional programs as well as to be the on-site “single point of contact” for the client. You will achieve timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to office staff in support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicator requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinating all regional programs & tracking end-to-end using a formal PMO process. Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline. Ensures all regions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated

Facilitates regular meetings to review the status for active and pending programs. Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and facilitate the completion

Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of programs. Provides appropriate levels of detail and summarizes issues succinctly.

Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. May provide consultation on programs that integrate into an organized program.

Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.

Would be responsible to track the Contracts & PO’s and hold the PMO responsibility for timely closure of annual procurement cycle. May be required to support contracting on case-to-case basis

Supports with the planning and Coordination of regional strategy, workstream strategy within the IFM space

Provides end to end Program management support to ensure delivery timelines are maintained and, establish a process to ensure cross fertilization of information across the region and other T1 provider as necessary to meet clients “one team” needs.

Provide support with governance such as MOR, QBR, change orders

Responsible for tracking & updating the information on all related sites/platforms

Responsible for regular reporting of Work Orders & work with the Global team for resolution of errors

Update MS space on regular basis and ensure the resolution of errors

Coordinates the completion of quarterly scorecard across the region and including monitoring of KPI upside metrics, providing regular report out’s to the S-RAD

Working closely with the respective functions to ensure that all required system tools, ID’s for the team/projects are up to date and renewed as required

Facilitate the ID creation/deactivation & asset requisition/surrendering for the new joiners/leavers

Other duties as assigned.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers.

Service Delivery
Deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client’s business needs in a safe working environment

Liaise regularly with client and client tenants to discuss and report on Facility Management issues

Manage and report detailed facilities cost accounting data; Provide timely and accurate budget reports

Prepare and manage capital forecast for equipment maintenance and replacement

Oversee 3rd party service delivery to meet the requirements of the agreed scope of works

Process customer space requests and supervise implementation of strategy including Churn works

Manage service delivery to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as agreed with the client; Maintain KPI reporting and metrics

Conduct Customer communication and feedback surveys

Perform Duty Personnel facilities support role as scheduled

Critical Management
Support Client safety teams to develop guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, reputation and ensure business continuity with regards to property operations

Liaise with client representatives to manage the Business continuity

**Coordination of Risk Management systems. This will include**:

Fire Safety and essential services

Emergency Evacuation

Others as may be needed from time to time

Occupant and Contractor Services
Assist in the co-ordination of make goods, fit-outs,
