To establish and maintain strategic and sustainable remuneration policies, procedures and systems to support the attraction, development, motivation and retention of the divisional workforce to facilitate the achievement of
organizational strategies and growth objectives.

About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will be a valued, senior member of the extended HR Leadership Team, that is responsible for offering leadership and expert guidance to the businesses about people matters. Their HR vision is connecting people to business success and this role is key in delivering this vision
As the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the benefits offerings and lead our cyclical business wide remuneration practices with a view to simplify and advance our processes and ensure alignment with business strategic goals.
The role will also include:
Develop and implement remuneration and benefits strategies in alignment with the HR Strategy and the overall Group Remuneration and Benefits Strategy.
Provide advice and support to staff and management on remuneration strategy and processes, including job evaluation, to improve the integrity and effectiveness of remuneration activities.
Develop and manage the remuneration and benefits budget.
Provide support and guidance to the Payroll Team, supporting the payroll leader to ensure engagement of team members and delivery of compliant and efficient payroll services.
Provide high level oversight over the management of the HRIS systems, data and analytical reporting.
Manage annual remuneration programs such as the remuneration review, incentive plan, employee share plan.

What you bring:
5-10 years of experience in HR with a strong focus in remuneration and benefits.
Previous experience in a large organisation.
Knowledge of relevant legislation (FWA, withholding tax, payroll tax, Privacy Act etc.) and interpretation of Award and other industrial instruments.
Experience with Hay job evaluation and remuneration methodology.
Experience in management reports and data insights (desirable)
Experience delivering process and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
