**loyal customer base**.

In this diverse role, you will contribute to business growth by providing a high level of customer service and sales administration support and maintain professional, efficient and friendly service to all levels of external contacts and internal customers.

Reporting to the General Manager your duties will include:

- Providing sales administration and customer service support - extensive liaison with customers
- Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding follow up
- Advising on product, brand and spare parts information
- Data entry of customer orders via numerous channels
- Stock / Inventory management
- Assistance with Invoicing, processing credits, organising repairs etc.
- Providing ad hoc reports
- Documenting procedures

**Who YOU are**:

- Detail orientated, friendly, down to earth and a team player
- **Experience working for a consumer goods import / wholesaler processing sales orders**:

- Knowledge of wholesale and distribution
- Ideally someone with a background working with **consumer goods will be highly desirable**:

- Excellent English communication and administrative skills
- Experienced in an sales environment and highly organised and efficient
- Highly competent computer (inventory systems know how) and Excel skills
