**Your responsibilities**
You will work as part of a small team delivering logistics support and equipment to hospitals, specialists and medical practices in addition to providing general administrative support within the stores office. This position is based in an air conditioned office environment. Responsibilities include;
- Domestic and international shipping
- Pick, pack, check and receive stock
- Identification of serial numbers of stock
- Track all products by batch and serial number
- Manage stores paperwork
- Stock rotation of expired items
- Ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner
- General stores and administration duties as required

Full product and job training is provided. Off street parking is available, however bus and train are a very close walk. There is also the opportunity to earn additional money undertaking after hours on call work and courier work (if you have a clean open drivers licence and car) Of course there is also the added benefit of the great hours 8.30am - 4.30pm.

If you have a great attitude, love to learn and possess exceptional attention to detail then you will fit in with this team We are open to considering a Junior in this position, however if you have 1-2 years’ experience that would be even better. It is all about the right attitude If you describe yourself as organised, enthusiastic to learn and want to secure a full-time position for the long term then this is the position for you; To be secure this position you will possess:
- Previous work experience advantageous
- Aptitude for numbers
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to take direction and follow processes
- Knowledge of Australia and travel times
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and be flexible to changing needs
