**Description**

The Clinical Governance Lead within the dynamic Health Services Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services. Reporting directly to the Head of Health Services, this individual oversees subcontractor compliance with the Clinical Governance Framework.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Driving stakeholder engagement across subcontractors and third-party providers
- Actively contributing to developing and implementing the Clinical Governance Framework while ensuring subcontractor compliance
- Performing comprehensive quality assurance checks and audits covering sites, clinical practices, credentialing, training, and accreditation
- Chairing clinical governance meetings to maintain adherence to established protocols
- Efficiently managing and coordinating reporting, information, and data related to clinical governance

**Profile**
- 5+ years of clinical experience in nursing or allied health
- Previous experience in clinical governance or quality assurance roles (highly desirable)
- Postgraduate qualifications in business or health management (desirable)
