**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager you’ll be involved in:

- Issue resolution for moving clients and our supply partners
- Escalation point for BDM/account managers
- General database maintenance
- Supply partner reporting requirements
- Creation of new agent profiles in the MMI manage site
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Respond efficiently and effectively to nominated support requests
- Demonstrate a willingness to develop a comprehensive and expert knowledge of the Energy Industry (Moving Market)
- Build rapport and develop positive supply partner relationships
- Any tasks given by MMI CEO and Call Centre Manager
- Carry out tasks as reasonably requested from time to time

- 1+ years in the energy industry preferred (new connections)

**What your impact and success looks like**

As a Team Leader - Call Centre we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:

- Improve the conversion of your staff to meet an average above 30% sales per customer conversation
- Manage rostering to ensure sufficiently staffed
- Commence your knowledge of the Electricity and Natural Gas market in Australia

Within 3 months:

- Performance managing staff to achieve a conversion rate averaged above 30%
- Hiring if necessary to ensure rostering our requirements are met
- Continue knowledge of the Electricity and Natural Gas market within Australia

Within 6 months:

- Have significant level knowledge on Electricity and Natural Gas and be working on knowledge of internet products, removalists and cleaning
- Become an integral part of the Team Leader group providing input into any future expectations or improvements.
- Full performance management of your team with hiring capabilities to ensure continued success of the team
