About the Role:  

Based in our Support Centre in Milton, the Creative Engagement Lead will oversee the development and implementation of Lutheran Services’ model for delivering Aged Care and Community Services Lifestyle services. Guide the Creative Engagement Partners to: 

  • Support services and establish and develop community connections 

  • Enhance service support 

  • Create joyful, innovative, and client-centred programs and activities. 

This is a Full time opportunity.

 About You:  

We seek candidates committed to collaborative teamwork and client-centred care, with previous experience working in a health or service industry and providing advice to managers to develop practical creative programs solutions.  

A valid Police Check, and an unrestricted Queensland driver’s license are required. 

A bachelor’s degree in business, Teaching, Arts, or a related field is required
