- Salary: Maximum TRP $126,217 (Salary range $101,947 -$112,849). Total remuneration package includes salary plus employer's 10.5% contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

We have an exciting ongoing fulltime opportunity for an experienced Training Systems Analyst to join the Business Systems Team, where you will have the chance to work on cutting-edge projects and leverage your expertise to drive the development of innovative training solutions. Our Vision: A trusted volunteer-based emergency service, working together to deliver excellence in community preparedness and emergency response.

The NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) is an emergency and rescue service made up almost entirely of volunteers and supported by a small staff contingent. NSW SES is a key influencer of other emergency service agencies and works closely with these partners to modernise and grow volunteering to save lives and protect communities.

While major responsibilities are for flood, storm operations and tsunamis, the NSW SES also provides the majority of general rescue effort in the rural parts of the state. This includes road accident rescue, vertical rescue, bush search and rescue, evidence searches (both metropolitan and rural), other forms of specialist rescue that may be required due to local threats, Urban Search and Rescue and Community First Response.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and drive consensus.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and developing practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives, while also being comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
