**Sustainability Systems Coordinator**

**About the role**

As Sustainability Systems Coordinator you will coordinate and administer the Risk and Sustainability Systems, providing support to effectively maintain, and provide reporting and analysis of data and information for the function.

Key result areas in this role include:

- Provide advice and recommendations on Event Management System (INX) performance, improvements and use to support strategic direction within the Sustainability function whilst supporting the review, and update of Group Sustainability standards and associated documentation
- Coordinate, administer the Group Material Risk & Critical Control Management Systems and reporting requirements alongside supporting the development of BowTie Risk Assessments, Critical Control Specifications and Verification Activities across the group as required.
- Coordinate the ongoing monitoring, change management and communications for legal and other changes related to Sustainability, coordinating the development of Risk & Sustainability Board Report to agreed deadlines and other general reporting as required.
- Maintain, train and monitor the Document Control System for the Sustainability Team in conjunction with analysis of sustainability systems data and performance to identify trends and provide recommendations to the business on key areas of focus
- Participate and coordinate approved Sustainability Improvement projects as required including associated reporting and change management activities
- Coordinate and administer Risk & Improvement Team led Communities of Practice and participate in assurance audits to support the Sustainability Assurance Program
- Contribute to, monitor and support the online Sustainability messaging and communications platforms including SharePoint, INX and others as required

**About you**

In this key role, to be successful, you will hold a relevant Diploma or equivalent level (WHS, Risk, Environmental, Training or another related field and/or commensurate resources industry experience managing Safety, Risk and Environmental management systems ideally within Mining, Heavy Industry or associated fields.

You will need to demonstrate the below:

- Experienced in administering & coordinating Sustainability Event Management Systems
- Experience in creating and coordinating BI Reporting functions; advanced Excel experience - developing and administering reporting functions
- Experience in developing and improving Management System Documentation and workflows.
- Understanding of Document Control systems and principles alongside WHS Regulations and governance requirements
- Some Audit & Investigation exposure
