**The Opportunity**
Our Child, Family and Youth Services team deliver a variety of service and programs to improve the health, development and wellbeing outcomes for the community. The team are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who has strong administrative, project and people skills and experience to support a fast-paced high-performance team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Child, Family and Youth Services team through the provision of administrative support in the areas of compliance, bookings and payments, planning, reporting and project delivery.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and meet privacy standards while delivering a wide range of information, projects and reports.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met in relation to emergency planning, safety and security.
**About you**
**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Post-secondary qualification in administration or related and/or some experience in a project role.
- Experience in Harmony and City Manager programs preferable.
- Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
